Which entity operates where

The group is not a single company operating everywhere. Each jurisdiction is served by a distinct legal entity with its own status and its own regulator.
This distinction matters. The licences, registration numbers and supervising authorities for each entity are set out in full on Regulatory and identifiers.
The United Kingdom, specifically. Bordier & Cie (UK) PLC is a wealth and investment manager authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 114324, with its registered office at 23 King Street, St James’s, London SW1Y 6QY. Bordier & Cie is not authorised as a bank in the UK, and the UK entity states that on its own published materials. It offers Restricted advice as defined by the FCA: where it makes a personal recommendation of an investment solution, that recommendation comes from Bordier UK’s own range of investment propositions and reflects the client’s needs and approach to risk.
