Account documentation
The account opening documentation, the entity’s general conditions and the forms a client completes to open and maintain an account come from the relationship manager. They are not reproduced on this site. Eligibility and the documents required differ by client and by the service being opened, and the relationship manager states the current position before anything is signed.Ongoing documentation
The Singapore bank operates a secure e-services platform. Through it a client views portfolio and account balances, sees transaction history, downloads statements and receives notifications. It is reached from a computer through a browser, or from a smartphone through the bank’s mobile application. Access runs through a separate authenticator application, which a client installs on a single phone and registers once. Both applications carry minimum supported versions of iOS and Android, stated in the current user guide, which the bank issues alongside the credentials. The bank’s Client Registry team in Singapore supports access to the platform on weekdays during Singapore business hours. The relationship manager remains the route for anything concerning the account itself.Independent asset managers and family offices
Singapore runs its own offering for independent asset managers, giving them access to the group’s international platform, and its own modular outsourced family-office model. Both are described on Bordier in Singapore, and the group-level family-office offering is on Family Services.Related
