Account documentation
The documents that open and govern a Swiss relationship, the account opening forms and the bank’s general conditions among them, come from the relationship manager. They are not reproduced on this site. What a given client is asked to complete depends on the client and on the service being opened, and the relationship manager states the current requirement.Ongoing documentation
b in touch is the bank’s secure e-banking platform for private clients. Through it a client sees an overview of portfolios, positions and recent transactions, obtains the banking documents relating to their investments, and messages the relationship manager securely. It is reached from a computer, a smartphone or a tablet, and the mobile application is published for both iOS and Android. Access runs through a separate digital-key application, connected Bordier & Cie, which a client registers once per device and which can use the device’s biometric recognition. The username and the first PIN code both come from the relationship manager. The first PIN is valid for a single use, and the client chooses a replacement. Bordier issues its own guide to logging in, in English, French, German and Spanish. Connection problems go to the bank’s client service team in Geneva.Independent asset managers
An independent asset manager working with the Geneva house uses a different platform, IAM in touch, which carries order submission, portfolio consultation, performance analysis, client reporting, asset consolidation and electronic filing. The manager’s own clients use b in touch. The offering behind both is set out on Working with external asset managers and Services.Related
