# What Bordier offers

> Bordier & Cie's three service offerings: Wealth Management, Private Asset Management and Family Services.

Bordier & Cie is wholly dedicated to private banking. It runs no investment-banking book, takes no speculative proprietary positions on its own balance sheet, and extends no credit other than loans secured against clients' own portfolios. Everything the bank does sits inside three service offerings.

## The four stated goals

Bordier describes what it sets out to do for a client in four points:

1. Provide a high-grade private banking service.
2. Achieve better returns by focusing on capital preservation and sophisticated solutions.
3. Develop products that meet clients' evolving needs.
4. Conduct business in strictest compliance with the highest professional and ethical standards.

## How the offerings differ

## The service model

Communication and regular review sit at the centre of the service model, and performance is always communicated net of fees and taxes. At a minimum a client can expect:

* Monthly detailed performance reports for the consolidated portfolio and each individual portfolio, showing performance contribution and any allocation changes.
* Regular meetings, whenever necessary, with the relationship manager and the wider team supporting the relationship.
* Telephone access to the relationship manager or their team at all times.
* Round-the-clock online access to the portfolio through the bank's **b in touch** platform.

## What makes the model different

Bordier gathers its differentiators under the word **FIBRE**.

* **Family.** No external shareholders, so no structural conflicts of interest, and no cross-selling. Entrepreneurial in outlook, and open architecture across a large investment universe.
* **Innovation.** Early adoption of new disciplines, including private equity, regulated digital assets, advisory and institutional investments.
* **Bespoke.** Tailor-made portfolios and a personal relationship with a senior banker, built on transparency and trust.
* **Reliable.** In operation for 182 years, focused on capital preservation, with a strong balance sheet and partners who carry unlimited personal liability.
* **Evolving.** Agile, with quick partner-level decision-making and a high tolerance for change.

This page describes services in general terms only. It is not investment advice, not a solicitation and not an offer. Availability, eligibility and terms differ by jurisdiction and by client. For anything relating to your own circumstances, speak to your banker.
