# How the bank is organised

> The five groups of departments that make up the Geneva house, and what this structure does not describe for the group's other offices.

Bordier & Cie is organised into five groups of departments, with twenty-two departments beneath them. This is the group's departmental structure as supplied by Bordier. Read the qualifications at the end of this page before applying it to any individual office.

* Fund selection
* Private equity
* Asset management

**The other functions are also carried out in Singapore for Asia, but they are not structured in the same way.**

The functions that run the firm itself.

## What this page describes, and what it does not

This is the Geneva structure, and it should not be read as a group organisation chart.

Five of these departments exist in the same form in Singapore: private banking teams, family services, portfolio management, advisory and trading. The back-office functions are not set out here in full.
